Anyone is eligible for a borrower's card, who is five years old or older. If you are over 18, you need to present a form of identification with your current address and phone number. Acceptable identification includes a driver's license, a current utility bill, rent receipt, etc. Your library card will be issued immediately and will be valid for two years. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accompany the child to get the card. While applying for a card you can also register for computer use privileges. You can check out two items with a new card. After they are returned, the limit is four for DVDs, no limit on other materials. Your library card must be presented when checking out materials or using a computer, no exceptions.
